Embroidery is not comparable with a print grafic. To embroider a grafic, it is necessary to covert it to a special format type, which mostly takes a lot of time. This conversion is called "punsh".
While punshing, it is possible to modify every single stich which the embroidery machine is going to make. Generally fonts are easier and more cost-efficient to produce than big artworks.
When the grafic is ready, we place the textile in a special embroidery frame and let the embroidery machine doin his job.

Was ist Stick?
Soll ein Motiv gestickt werden, wird dafür ein Stickprogramm geschrieben. Dieses Programmieren nennt man punshen. Dabei kann jeder Stich, den die Stickmaschine setzen soll, einzeln bearbeitet werden. Anschließend wird das Motiv an die Stickmaschine übertragen, das Textil in einen speziellen Stickrahmen eingespannt und anschließend bestickt. Damit das Motiv während des Stickens in Form bleibt, wird ein Stickvlies als Stabilisierung unter dem Textil mitgestickt.
